Product Specifications Anti-rat IGF-I:
Rat IGF-I antiserum is a polyclonal antiserum raised against recombinant rat IGF-I. The antiserum is Western blotting and should find application for immunoprecipitation and immunohistochemistry.
Source: The antiserum was obtained from rabbits immunized with recombinant rat IGF-I.
Quantity: 100 µl serum.
Appearance: Lyophilised powder.
Specificity: <0.05% cross-reactivity with recombinant human and chicken IGF-I. No cross-reactivity with recombinant human and rat IGF-II.
Titre: Use a 1/1000 dilution for immunoblotting.
Reconstitution: Dissolve in 100 µl sterile water. Dilute in a buffer suitable for the desired application.
Storage/Stability: At least 2 years at 2 -4°C (lyophilised). After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
