Anti-mouse IGFBP-4 Polyclonal Antiserum (Rabbit) Specifications

    Anti-mouse IGFBP-4 polyclonal antiserum was obtained from rabbits
    immunized with a synthetic peptide of unique sequence from the central
    domain of mouse IGFBP-4. The antiserum has been characterized for
    immunohistochemistry and Western blotting.

     Quantity:                         100 µl of lyophilized serum      Titre:                         Use at a dilution of 1/250 for immunohistochemistry on                         paraffin sections of rat and mouse tissues.                         For Western blotting the antiserum can be used at a                         dilution of 1/1,000 to 1/10,000.      Reconstitution:                         Dissolve in 100 µl sterile water.      Storage/Stability:                         At least 2 years at 2-4°C (lyophilized). After                         reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20°C or -80°C.                         Avoid freeze- thaw cycles.
