Anti-Human Transforming Growth Factor-beta2

Human TGFb2 antibody is a monoclonal antibody directed against an epitope of human TGFb2. The antibody has been characterized for immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry. The monoclonal antibody recognises human and bovine TGFb2. It does not bind to human TGFb1. The antibody does not inhibit the binding of TGFb2 to the TGFb2 Type 2 Receptor in mink lung epthelial cells. Use at a dilution of 1/1,000 for Western blotting. For immunohistochemistry use at a dilution of 1/10 to 1/50.
