Anti-Human Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-1 beta

Anti-human MIP-1 beta IgG fraction is a monoclonal antibody raised against purified human recombinant MIP-1 beta. The antigen was produced in genetically engineered yeast, and purified by sequential chromatography. The monoclonal antibody was purified using Protein G. This monoclonal antibody recognizes recombinant human MIP-1 beta by Western analysis (1/100 dilution) and ELISA. This antibody is very specific for MIP-1 beta,  presenting no crossreactivity with other MIP proteins.
