Product Specifications Monoclonal Mouse Anti-human Chorionic Conadotropin (HCG):
Clones: G9, 28A4, G2, 27E8, 76G3, 77F12, F1.
Specificity: Clones 28A4, G2 and 27E8 specifically recognize beta-subunit of HCG. Clones are not cross-reacting with hLH, hTSH, hFSH. Clones G9, 76G3 and 77F12 specifically recognize HCG; they react mainly with alpha-subunit. Clones are cross-reacting with whole molecule of HCG, hLH, hTSH and hFSH. Cross-reactivity with free beta-subunit of HCG was not detected. Clone F1 is specific for the alpha-chain of FSH, LH, TSH and HCG.

Applications: Detection of HCG in immunoassays. Suitable for immunochromatography (not tested with Clone F1).

Purification: Ion exchange chromatography for Clone F1. Chromatography on protein A Sepharose for Clones G9, 28A4, G2, 27E8, 76G3 and 77F12.
Formulation: 0.15 M NaCl, 10 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 0.05% sodium azide (NaN3) for Clone F1.
PBS, pH 7.4, < 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3) for Clones G9, 28A4, G2, 27E8, 76G3 and 77F12.
