Clones: AC5, HBe1, HBe2, HBe3, HBe5, HBe6, HBe7, HBe8, HBe9, HBe10. Description: clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp 2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant HBeAg.
Specificity: Recombinant HBeAg by ELISA.
Isotypes: IgG1 for Clone HBe7. IgG2b for Clones AC5, HBe1, HBe2, HBe3, HBe5, HBe8, HBe9 and HBe10. IgG3 for Clone HBe6.
Applications: ELISA. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): HBe7 - HBe3, HBe8 - HBe5. Best pair: HBe7 - HBe3.
Purification: Ion exchange chromatography.
