Description: IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 2H5/D5) obtained by immunization using recombinant H. pylori Urease large subunit (60 kDa). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

Isotype: IgG1.

Storage: Store at -20°C.

Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Applications: This antibody can be used in ELISA assays (1: 16,000 dilution) and Western Blot analysis (1: 8,000 dilution). It recognizes the Urease large subunit in an extract of a cytotoxic H. pylori strain.

Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/ml in PBS.
