Anti-Bovine Nerve Growth Factor, polyclonal rabbit

Anti-bovine NGF IgG fraction is a polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against purified bovine NGF. It is purified using Protein G. Using a working concentration of 70 µg antibody/ml, together with the alkaline phosphatase detection system, this polyclonal antibody recognizes bovine NGF by Western blot analysis. Under these same conditions, there is cross reactivity with recombinant human NGF, but no cross reactivity with mouse NGF. This polyclonal antibody also recognizes bovine NGF by ELISA.
