Anti-Human Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor

Anti-human FGF receptor IgG fraction is a polyclonal antibody raised in rabbits against purified human recombinant FGF receptor (flg-5) extracellular domain. It is purified using Protein G. Using a working concentration of 20 µg antibody/ml, together with the alkaline phosphatase detection system, this polyclonal antibody recognizes recombinant human FGF receptor as evidenced by Western blot analysis.
