Anti-human basic FGF IgG fraction is a monoclonal antibody raised against purified human recombinant basic FGF expressed in yeast cells. The antigen was purified by sequential chromatography. The monoclonal antibody is purified using Protein G. Using a 1:100 dilution, together with the alkaline phosphatase detection system, this antibody is Western positive with rh-basic FGF, and does not cross react with rh-acidic FGF.
