Anti-Human Fibroblast Growth Factor, basic

Anti-human basic FGF IgG fraction is a polyclonal antibody raised in rabbits against purified human recombinant basic FGF. It is purified using Protein G. Using a 1:100 dilution, together with the alkaline phosphatase detection system, this polyclonal antibody recognizes recombinant human basic FGF by Western blot analysis. Under these same conditions, there is no detectable cross reaction with recombinant human acidic FGF.
