Anti-Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor

Anti-human EGF Receptor IgG fraction is a monoclonal antibody raised against purified human recombinant EGF receptor extracellular domain. It is purified using Protein G. Using a 1:100 dilution, together with the alkaline phosphatase detection system, this monoclonal antibody recognizes recombinant EGF receptor (extracellular domain) by Western blot analysis.
