Description: Clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with conjugate of purified cortisol with BSA.

Specificity:
XM210 - Cortisol
CORT-1 and CORT-2 – cortisol-BSA conjugate and free cortisol. There is no cross-reactivity with BSA.
Isotypes:
IgG1 for Clone CORT-1
IgG2a for Clone XM210
IgG3 for Clones CORT-2.

Applications: Detection of cortisol. CORT-1 and CORT-2 can be used in competitive assay of cortisol.

Purification: XM210 is purified by ion exchange chromatography and CORT-1 and CORT-2 by chromatography on protein G Sepharose.

Formulation: PBS, pH 7.4, < 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3).
