Anti-Human Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-1 alpha

Anti-human MIP-1 alpha IgG fraction is a monoclonal antibody raised against purified human recombinant MIP 1 alpha produced in yeast. It is purified using Protein G. Using a working concentration of 17 µg antibody/ml, together with the alkaline phosphatase detection system, this antibody reacts with rh-MIP-1alpha and with rh-MIP-1beta. There is no detection, by Western blot, of rh-MIP-2alpha or rh-MIP-2beta. This monoclonal antibody also recognizes recombinant human MIP-1 alpha by ELISA.
