Description: IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 5F8/F9) obtained by immunization with recombinant inner capsid protein VP6 of human rotavirus (58 kDa). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

Isotype: IgG1 Storage: Store at -20°C.

Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Biological Activity: This antibody can be used in ELISA assays (1: 8,000 dilution), Western Blot analysis (1: 2,000 dilution), and latex agglutination assays.
