Anti-hepatitis B surface antigen IgG fraction is a mouse monoclonal antibody to HBsAg. It has been purified by affinity chromatography using Protein G. It is not recomended for Western blot analysis. This antibody will recognize the antigen on a dot blot under non-denaturated conditions.
