Clones: H3A4, H6F5.
Description: clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of a Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant HBcAg.
Specificity: HBcAg. Clones H3A4 and H6F5 are directed to different antigenic determinants.
Isotype: IgG2a for both clones.
Applications: ELISA, Western blot.
Purification: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose.
Formulation: PBS, pH 7.4, < 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3).
