Anti-Hepatitis B virus Core antigen, monoclonal, mouse

Anti-hepatitis B core antigen IgG fraction is a mouse monoclonal antibody to native HBcAg particles. The antigen used for immunization is highly purified HBcAg produced by recombinant E. coli cells. It has been purified using Protein G. The antiboy is reactive in ELISA and also immunoprecipitation of native hepatitis B core particles.
