Anti-Nucleoprotein of Four Corners (Sin Nombre) Hantavirus, mouse monoclonal antibody. Clone 2D2/G4. This monoclonal antibody was raised against purified nucleoprotein (recombinant protein). The monoclonal antibody was purified using Protein G-Sepharose. Ig Subtype: IgG-1. Recognizes the native nucleoprotein by Western blot and ELISA. The specific epitope is unknown, but different to that of clone 1G2/F11.
