Clones: HP-317, HP-387
Description: clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant fragment of CA-gene of H. pylori consisting of 580 C-terminal amino acid recidues (calculated MW ~ 70 kDa).

Specificity: Clones HP-317 and HP-387 recognize CagA protein as well immobilized on solid phase as in solution. Positively reacted with 10 clinical isolates of H. pylori from patients with gastro duodenal ulcerative disease.

Isotype: IgG for both clones.

Purification: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose.

Formulation: PBS, pH 7.4, < 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3).

Storage: + 4 °C.
