Source: MA 104 cells, inoculated with Respiratory syncytial virus, strain Long.
Purification: Centrifugation.
Formulation: STE, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3) and 0.005 % of thimerosal.
Inactivation: Thimerosal and beta propiolactone treatment. This product has been treated in a manner consistent with methods of inactivation. Generally accepted good laboratory practices appropriate to microbiological/viral safe handling practices and techniques are required at work.
Analysis: Purity > 90 %.
Immunological activity: Tested with anti-respiratory syncytial virus antibodies (MABReS21-8C5 or MABReS21-9C5) in ELISA.
Storage: - 20 oC.
