Product Specifications HIV-2 gag p26 Antigen Recombinant:
The Product: Protein produced in genetically engineered yeast cells. It covers from Val 132 to Leu 360 of the HIV-2 gag protein (UC-1 isolate). The apparent MW is 26 kDa. It has been purified by ion exchange chromatography followed by gel filtration.
Purity: Over 90%.
Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/ml in 50mM MES, 0.3M NaCl, 0.1% SDS, 1mM EDTA and 1mM EGTA (pH 5.9).
Storage: Stable at -20 °C for at least one year.
