Description: Produced in genetically engineered yeast cells as a fusion with human superoxide dismutase (SOD). It covers from Ala 548 to Leu 767 of the HIV-1 (SF2 isolate) envelope protein. It has been purified by differential extraction followed by gel filtration chromatography.
Mol Weight: 41.7 KDa.
Purity: Over 90%.
Storage: Store at -20°C.
Stability: At least 1 year at -20°C.
Formulation: Solution at 1 mg/ml in PBS, 20mM DTT, 0.1% SDS, 2mM EDTA (pH 7.4).
