Product Specifications CMV glycoprotein p65 Antigen:

The Product: Protein made in yeast as a fusion with human superoxide dismutase (SOD).  Covers from Met 1 to Gly 561 of the glycoprotein p65 of the CMV AD169 strain.  The apparent MW is 79,000.  The protein is purified by ion-exchange and gel filtration chromatography.

Purity: Over 90%.

Formulation: Solution at 0.50 mg/ml in PBS, 0.1% SDS, 1mM EDTA (pH. 7.5).

Storage: Stable at -20°C for at least 6 months.
