Product Specifications CMV gp p50:

Biological activity: Protein made in E. coli as a fusion with human superoxide dismutase (SOD).  It covers from Met 1 to Gly 433 of the glycoprotein p50 of the CMV AD169 strain.  The apparent MW is 62,000.  The protein is purified by ionic -exchange followed by gel filtration chromatography.  

Purity: Over 85%.  

Stability: Stable at -20°C for at least 6 months.  

Formulation:   Solution at 0.50 mg/ml in PBS, 0.1% SDS, 1mM EDTA  (pH 7.4). References:
