Source: HeLa cells, inoculated with Adenovirus, type 6, strain Tonsil 99

Purification: Virus was grown on monolayer of HeLa cells. Virus was purified and collected by centrifugation.

Formulation: STE, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3), 0.005 % thimerosal.

Inactivation: Thimerosal and beta propiolactone treatment. This product has been treated in a manner consistent with methods of inactivation. Generally accepted good laboratory practices appropriate to microbiological/viral safe handling practices and techniques are required at work.

Analysis: Purity > 90 % (SDS-PAGE).

Immunological activity: Tested with anti-adenovirus antibodies (Cat. MABAV13) in ELISA.

Storage: - 20 °C.
