Description: Protein produced in genetically engineered yeast cells. It covers from Pro 139 to Leu 369 of the HIV-1 gag protein (SF-2 isolate). It has been purified by ion-exchange chromatography followed by gel filtration.

Purity: Over 90%.

Stability: Store at -20 °C. Stable at least one year.

Formulation: Solution at 1 mg/ml in 30mM Tris-HCl, 1mM EDTA (pH 9.0).
