Description: Made in yeast as a fusion protein with human superoxide dismutase (SOD).  It covers Asn 2054 to Cys 2995 of the HCV polyprotein. 

Molecular weight: 150 kDa 

Applications: It reacts in ELISA with serum of HCV seropositive individuals.

Purity:  Over 95% purity.

Storage:  Store at -20 °C.  Stable for at least one year.

Formulation: Solution at 0.8mg/ml in 20mM MES, 100mM NaCl, 10mM DTT, 1mM EDTA and 0.1% SDS (pH 6.0).
