Description: Protein is derived from HCV-1a, and made in yeast cells as a fusion with human superoxide dismutase (SOD). It covers Asp 1569 to Pro 1931 of the HCV polyprotein. It is equivalent to the C-100 antigen.  

Molecular Weight: 53 KDa.

Purity: Over 95% pure.

Storage: Store at -20°C.

Stability:  At least 1 year at -20°C.

Biological Activity: Reacts in ELISA with serum from HCV positive individuals. Formulation: Solution at 0.50 mg/ml in 20mM Tris-HCl, 0.1% SDS 10mM DTT (pH 7.0.
