Product specifications monoclonal mouse anti-Canine distemper virus (CDV):

Clones: 8-1, 5-4.
Description: clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with CDV.

Specificity: Clones 8-1 and 5-4 are specific for surface envelope antigen of CDV.

Isotype: IgG2a for both clones.

Applications: ELISA.  Recommended pair: 5-4 (coating) - 8-1 (conjugate). Suitable for plaque linked assay. Clones can also be used in lateral flow assays.

Purification: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose.

Formulation: PBS, pH 7.4, < 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3).
