Anti-Human Epidermal Growth Factor

Anti-human EGF IgG fraction is a monoclonal antibody raised against purified human recombinant EGF expressed in yeast cells. The antigen was purified by sequential chromatography (Final: reverse-phase HPLC). The monoclonal antibody is purified using Protein G. This monoclonal antibody recognizes recombinant EGF in the oxidized or reduced form of the protein.
