Description: Anti-CD16 antibody IgG fraction is a murine monoclonal antibody raised against human Fc gamma receptor III. This antibody was isolated from bispecific monoclonal antibody 2B1 quadroma cell. It is purified by anion exchange chromatography.

Application: This monoclonal antibody recognizes the native human Fc gamma RIII, with high affinity, on ELISA.
