Product specifications monoclonal mouse anti-Epstein Barr virus (EBV):
Clones: 1H1, 4A8.
Descripiton: clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified EBV.
Specificity: Clone 4A8: p120 capsid protein, Clone 1H1: p120 and p160 capsid antigen.
Isotypes: IgG1 for Clone 1H1, IgG2b for Clone 4A8.
Applications: Detection of EBV in immunofluorescence.
Purification: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose.
Formulation: PBS, pH 7.4, < 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3).
