Anti-human Type 1 IGF Receptor
Human IGF Type 1 Receptor antibody CT-1 (IGFR 1-2) is a murine monoclonal antibody directed against the C-terminal peptide of the intracellular domain of the human Type 1 IGF Receptor. It cross-reacts with both the human and rat Type 1 IGF Receptor and the human Insulin Receptor. Reference: Soos, M. A. et al. (1993) Biochem. J. 290, 419-426. Source: Mouse monoclonal antibody directed against the C-terminal peptide of the intracellular domain of the human IGF Type 1 Receptor. Quantity: 200 µg protein Appearance: Lyophilized antibody. Specificity: The monoclonal cross-reacts with the intracellular C-terminal peptide of the rat IGF Type 1 Receptor and the human Insulin Receptor. Uses: Immunoprecipitation, immunoblotting and EIA. Titre: Use at a dilution of 1/5,000 for immunoassays. Reconstitution: Dissolve each vial of 100 µg in 100 µl PBS pH 7.4. Storage/Stability: At least 2 years at 2 - 4°C (lyophilized).
