Description: IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 5F10/D11) obtained by immunization of mice with a recombinant human SRB7 (15 kDa). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

Isotype: IgG2b.

Storage: Store at -20°C.

Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Applications: This antibody can be used in ELISA assays (1: 8,000 dilution) and Western blot (1: 8,000 dilution)). It recognizes human SRB7, an essential component of SRB7/MED-containing cofactor complex (SMCC). This complex associates with the RNA polymerase II holoenzyme through SRB7 to enhance the gene-specific activation or repression induced by DNA-binding transcription factors.

Formulation: Solution at 0.5 mg/ml in PBS.
