Description: IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 1F4/E5) obtained by immunization of mice with human p33 ING1. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

Isotype: IgG2a.

Storage: Store at -20°C.

Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Applications:  This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:4,000 dilution) and Western Blot. It recognizes the tumor supressor p33 ING1, this protein cooperates with p53 protein in the negative regulatory pathway of cell growth by modulating p53-dependent transcription activation.

Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/ml in PBS.
