Description: IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 2C10/E1) obtained by immunization using purified Remodeling and Spacing Factor (RSF). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

Isotype: IgG1.

Storage: Store at -20°C.

Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Applications: This antibody can be used for ELISA assays (1:8,000 dilution), Western blot and immunoprecipitation. It recognizes the small subunit (135 kDa) of the RSF complex. This complex is capable of facilitating ATP-dependent nucleosome remodeling and transcription initiation from chromatin templates.

Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/ml in PBS.
