Description: Mouse monoclonal antibody from clone 6H10/F10, which recognizes an epitope located at aa213 - aa258 of RAP74.  This antibody reacts with RAP74 in ELISA, Western blots, and immunoprecipitation.  It can be used for affinity purification of the human RNA polymerase II transcription complex.
