Description: Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 3G4) which recognizes an epitope located between aa242 and aa261 of ERCC-3 (largest subunit of TFIIH).  This antibody has been purified using Protein G.

Isotype: IgG-2b.

Applications: Reacts with ERCC-3 by ELISA, immuno precipitation and  Western blots.  This antibody immunoprecipitates transcriptionally active TFIIH in a reconstituted assay. 

Stability:   Stable at least one year.

Storage:   Keep frozen at –20°C.

Formulation:  Solution at 0.25 mg/ml in 0.1 MTris-HCl (pH 7.5).
