Specific for human, rat, bovine and porcine TGF-beta 2.
Test Principle
The TGF-ß2 EIA is a solid phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, which is based on the sandwich principle.
Samples:
Serum and EDTA or sodium citrate plasma.
Performance Characteristics:
Standard curve: from 1000 to 32.5 pg/ml.
Sensitivity:
The lowest detectable level of TGF-ß2 that can be detected is 10 pg/ml.
Specificity:
No crossreactivity with TGF-ß1 and TGF-ß3.
